‘We barely knew each other; had only kissed. Yet somehow, it felt as if I’d known Griffin for a lifetime. That he could see inside every nook and cranny of my soul. And with that knowledge and vision came the potential for devastating hurt….’
Wrecked Palace is a story of betrayal, loss, love and family. With Griffin Lockwood, Caelyn O’Connor and the ‘tiny terrors’ completely stealing our hearts. This really was a story of sacrifice and immeasurable love. The children Will, Mia and Ava entertained us and seized our heart - Griffin and Caelyn captivated us with their selflessness and giving souls and their moving love story.
Watching the trust, friendship and relationship develop between Griffin, who had lost everything when his family died under tragic circumstances when he was very young develop was written with so much care and devotion to the characters, we couldn’t help but fall in love and become invested in their story. At times on the edge of our seat, other times with tears in our eyes and an ache in our hearts, we were equally swooning and smiling.

“There is no in between. That’s not life, and that’s not how people should love, with only part of their souls or just when it’s easy and pretty. Love is ugly, it’s painful, it’s full of sorrow, long days, terror filled nights. Love asks for everything and nothing all at once. I love the only way a person should love. With every part of me that’s tethered to this universe”

Swoony and hilarious! This book was 5 Star GOLD!
‘That man, the considerate thoughtful man, is far too dangerous for my heart.’
Boss Man Bridegroom was everything we were hoping for and more. We have been so intrigued by Rath since meeting him in The Secret to Dating Your Best Friend's Sister where we cried tears from laughing at his bromance with Bram Scott. This was followed by Diary of a Bad Boy where we fell even more in love with the enigmatic Rath and once again cried laughing from the hilarious carry-ons of Bram, Rath and Roark. This series is without question our favourite by Meghan Quinn. This series is GOLD!
This series can be read as standalone's, however, once again we urge you to pick all three books up because Meghan Quinn has proved once again that she really is the queen of romantic –HOT- comedy. Why do we love her romcom’s so much? Well, because this Author has no filter, there’s funny and then there’s ‘Meghan Quinn funny’. Meghan Quinn is an author who writes natural flawless humour with no social modesty. Just the way we love it! This is a series we can re-read over and over because we fell in love with every single character and their hilarious shenanigans. This series is a must-read and once you meet these characters you’ll know why!

‘Alex had a dream. He had talent and drive and ambition. Every night, under the light of the moon, he cast his net toward the heavens to catch the stars.’
Moti on the Water by Leylah Attar was just hilarious, sweet and so rich with lessons in love, life and different cultures. It really read like those romantic comedies we love to watch and this book is a prime candidate to be made into a movie. Leylah Attar grabbed us from the get-go with a quirky family dynamic, an adorable heroine, a passionate hero and an engaging storyline which, whilst quite predictable, had us furiously turning the pages with a huge smile on our faces. What a wonderful summer read on the beach or by the pool! Just make sure, if like Moti you can’t swim, that you wear a swim vest as you’ll be swept away in the pages.
Leylah Attar writes with such beauty and poise. Her words flawlessly transport you into her world, where the scenery and food serve as their own rightful and stunning characters. Its peace and tranquillity forming the landscape for the utter chaos of family relationships.
