“I take it back.”
“Take what back?”
“What I said about your smile.” He reached out and caressed my cheek. “It’s not off-putting at all, it’s captivating.”
Oh, swoon!! It’s no wonder we ADORED Happy-Go-Lucky! Talk about a fun, sexy, totally swoon-worthy read! We adored Maisie, her friends, her family and of course Cameron Grant! We really ‘get’ this authors humour. The cute Maisie had us grinning from ear to ear.
L H Cosway really does write some fabulous heroes and heroines. They’re fun, feisty and vulnerable all at the same time, and we also love a good office romance, and boy were there some sizzling office dalliances between the grouchy, unsociable Cameron, and the happy, eager to please Maisie. We’ll never enter a stationery cupboard without getting all hot and bothered EVER again!

What a fabulous story!!
"Love is not weak, it's the opposite. Choosing to love - despite all the ways that people let you down, and disappear, and break your heart. Knowing everything we know about how hard life is and choosing to love anyway…That's not weakness. That's courage."
Katherine Center is a 'new to us' author and what a first reading experience! The writing, the characters, the emotion and the adrenaline rush of the setting as we saw life through the eyes of Cassie Hanwell, a twenty six year old firefighter, kept us completely riveted from start to finish. We absolutely loved Things You Save in a Fire and can't wait to read more from this author.
Things You Save in a Fire is a beautifully inspiring story about courage, love and forgiveness, and one that was written with sweetness, swoon, emotion and heart-stopping suspense, plus a little mystery is thrown into the mix. Everything about this story was thought-provoking and engaging.

Loved this! Ahhh the romance!
We met at the same crossroads and that, in and of itself, makes her valuable to me as a friend more than anything else.’
We love Kate Stewart, so we were beyond excited to pick up The Guy on the Right. This is one of those times we can say that hand on heart this book is exactly what it claims to be, a true friends to lovers romance. It is without question one of our favourites in this trope. What we loved about it was that it was all about the characters, it was ‘simple’ in story yet at the same time it packed such a strong punch because in its simplicity pure magic was achieved. It never felt over-written or over-dramatic, rather, it felt easy and flawless. It felt real, specifically in its honesty of friendship and romance.
We cannot explain how much we loved Laney and Theo, both were written with such care and attention to detail, that we felt we knew them almost from the get-go. Their insecurities, their hang-ups, their hopes, and their dreams. Their needs, desires, and wants. We understood their friendships and their relationships. What we especially loved about these two characters is the shift from what is considered the ‘norm’ in romance novels. Kate Stewart gave us a male character that was portrayed in such a manner that we recognised him, not from other novels but from real life.
